Belari District

The Belari District was a lower-class residential district in D'ni, and historically one of the poorest in the city. The date when the district was originally commissioned is unknown, but available records indicate that in the 3100s DE, under King Rakeri, a theatre company and concert hall were added to the district in an attempt to reinvigorate it. Belari had once again fallen into disrepair by King Kedri's reign in the 3700s, and under his authority, it was further renovated.
