The ever so silent Lieutenant Felix Pope is part of the Air Force engineering division and Henry Culver's righthand man.[1]

It is Pope who theorised that his scan of the vault in Kadish Tolesa accidentally activated the previously dormant android known to the team as Annie Tayrett.

Pope's first name is Felix, however his husband (Lieutenant Martin Erb) occasionally refers to him as his 'studmuffin', a nickname that Annie overhears and inadvertently reveals to other members of team.
