Jakooth

Jakooth was a mythological figure in D'ni religion, who played a similar role to the Devil in Christian theology. He was seen as a corrupting influence, and the D'ni believed that he could possess people and make them his agents. Notably, this claim was leveled against King Me'erta's mother, Jolatha.

Jakooth was also said to control one of the three Ages in the D'ni afterlife: Jakooth's Age.
