A large, flightless bird that seems to be a dinosaur-ostrich hybrid, the sandscrit is an exotic animal found in the Payiferen region of the "Pod Age", that filters smaller organisms out of the sand via baleen plates.
It is generally believed to be related to the Negilahn urwin.
