The Lysts were mailing lists for Myst fans, originally founded by James (Aquila) Carpenter.

They were generally accepted as the successor of the Riven Lyst, which died as part of RivenGuild in 2001. Much like the Riven Lyst, they were frequented by RAWA, who continued the tradition of responding to questions regarding D'ni history and technology, and apparent inaccuracies and contradictions in Myst games and novels as well as Uru.
