The Branches are an umbrella for works associated with, authorized by Cyan, or otherwise considered to have high [[GoArch:Canon policy|canonicity]], but do not fall within the boundaries of "full" canon. Due to the nature of Unexplored Branches content, contradictions should be viewed in the light of potential possibilities and creative inspiration.

== Projects ==
The following projects are considered to be a part of the Unexplored Branches expanded universe:

* ''[[Unwritten]]'', a tabletop role-playing game set in the Myst and Uru universe.
* [[Intangibles]] - A collection of Ages and other locations that were originally conceived by Cyan for Uru Live, but were never completed. 
* [[GoArch:MOULa approval|Fan-created content for Myst Online: Uru Live (again)]] - Any fan-created Ages or locations added to [[Myst Online: Uru Live#Myst_Online:_Uru_Live_.28again.29|Myst Online: Uru Live (again)]].

== Requirements ==
In order for a project to be considered a part of Unexplored Branches, it must be authorized by Cyan and the Cyan Lore team as such. Each Unexplored Branches project may have its own unique set of restrictions or requirements. These requirements are spelled out on the individual projects' pages for ease of access.
