Ti'lanar (ti'lanar[contested])) was a Guild Master of the Guild of Legislators. He submitted a paper in 1124 DE titled "Minor Guilds" that criticized the educational system of D'ni for its neglect of those outside the Major Guilds. King Mararon agreed with what it stated immediately and made reforms following its suggestions.
