Kinef (Kinef[contested]) was a Guild Master in the Guild of Legislators, who lived in the 4500s DE.
Legislative career[edit | edit source]
In 4500 DE, Kinef proposed and was instrumental in passing legislation to establish private education outside of the guild structure. Unfortunately, the wide-spread adoption of private, non-guild education never occurred.[1]
