A helper template to make it quicker and easier to refer to the DRC as a proper abbreviation.

Template parameters
This template prefers inline formatting of parameters.
Parameter		Description	Type	Status
Link	`link`	Set to 'yes' to include a link to the DRC article. Otherwise, if omitted or set to any other value, no link is provided. Suggested values `yes` `no` Auto value `no`	String	optional
