Kinef was a Guild Master in the Guild of Legislators, who lived in the 4500s DE.
Legislative career
In 4500 DE, Kinef proposed and was instrumental in passing legislation to establish private education outside of the guild structure. Unfortunately, the wide-spread adoption of private, non-guild education never occurred.[1]
