The Guild of Linguists was one of the 18 Major Guilds on the Guild Council at the fall of D'ni. They were responsible for deciphering the languages of the native inhabitants of D'ni Ages, as well as educating the natives in how to speak basic D'ni. The Linguists were also responsible for publishing a book known as the Rehevkor, which translates directly as "the word book." It is a lexicon of D'ni, with descriptions of each character in the alphabet and how to write it, as well as two-page spreads on how to write each D'ni word, broken down into pen strokes.
The Guild of Linguists was involved in teaching Ti'ana, how to speak D'ni.
