Book One of the Great King is a book written about—or possibly by—the Great King, Ahlsendar. Based on its name, it is the first of a series, but there is no information available about any subsequent volumes.
It wrote about The Art that "... it is our own hearts that must be watched ... a temptation too great to be resisted without strict rules or willing hearts...".[1]
