Span vs Shahfee[edit source]

Perhaps rather than calling it a 'span' it would make more sense to use the proper D'ni name 'shahfee' to avoid future confusion with surface-dweller spans? Particularly as surface-dwelling wiki visitors aren't necessarily likely to know there is such a thing as a D'ni span.

Note that:

  • Shahfee is a redirect to Span, so anyone wondering what a shahfee is won't have to look far.
  • While 'Sh' is used for the shannon, a unit of information, 'sh' (all lowercase) appears unused, so using 'sh' as a short form would be unlikely to cause confusion.
    • Failing that, 'sf' appears entirely unused, or some three-letter form such as 'shf' may be used as most units have two-letter abbreviations.
