Translates to: Give-you-command... the ko-ah. Give... give... give... give-you-command to-me the ko-ah.
What he was trying to say
Tahgemah b'zoo ah rekor.
Translates to: Give-you-command to-me the-book. In other words, "Give me the Book."[1]
