These tall, spiral-shaped plants are located in the Deadwood Ridge, and are used to move from one level of the Ridge to the next. They are in constant need of water, and have their drinking tendrils placed in [[Quaffler Fig]] basins, which provide the necessary water requirement. Around the stalk there is a rippling spiral leaf, when the spiral leaf is fully hydrated and unfurls it acts like natural up and down escalator. In practice someone can be whisked up or down along the spiral.
