The [[Age]] of '''Ederat''' was written by [[Veovis]], shortly before the [[fall of D'ni], to serve as a base for him and [[A'gaeris]] as they plotted the destruction of [[D'ni]].
The [[Age]] of '''Ederat''' was written by [[Veovis]], shortly before the [[fall of D'ni]]. His co-conspirator, [[A'gaeris]], commissioned the Age with the intention of living out his days there as a god—an act which violated the foundational tenets of the [[Guild of Writers]]. When Veovis learned of A'gaeris' plans for Ederat, he refused to go along with them, and A'gaeris killed him in a final confrontation.


There was ultimately no idyllic end for Ederat. Although [[Aitrus]] admired the brilliance of Veovis's writing, he altered the Book to transform it into a fiery inferno. In a hostage stand-off with A'gaeris over Aitrus' wife and son, Aitrus linked to Ederat, prompting A'gaeris to pursue him. Both men perished shortly after arriving, as the Age tore itself apart.
