Editing Reference:2003-12-19 Tink, Phil Henderson, and the DRC

Following the [[DRC|DRC's]] controversial apprehension of [[Phil Henderson]] after his attempted climb of the [[Guild Hall]], the Councillors reached out to explorer Tink to meet with Phil and confirm his well-being.
