Oorpah was a Ronay prophet of Garternay. Almost nothing is known about his or her life other than s/he lived on Garternay, before the Great Exodus, but it is unknown how many years before that event or how influential s/he was in the society of Garternay. S/He was known mostly about the prophetic work Regeltavok.
However it is certain that Ri'neref as well as other D'ni people, was a follower of that work,[1] and it can be believed that it was the basis of the D'ni civilization.
