This was a prophetic title used by The Watcher in his book, Words, and has been attributed to Atrus in recent times (not to say it doesn't fit or is incorrect). Yeesha also refers to her father by this title during her recorded speeches in the Bahro cave on the first part of her Journey, left for the Uru explorers.
