Name in D'ni ti'lanar

Ti'lanar was a Guild Master of the Guild of Legislators. He submitted a paper in 1124 DE titled "Minor Guilds" that stated how bad society was and offered suggestions for reforms. King Mararon agreed with what it stated immediately and made reforms based upon it.
