0023 Unknown is an unknown location discovered by the DRC and placed on their website's restoration projects list. It was in Phase 2 in January of 2004,[1] shortly before the DRC withdrew from the Cavern. On September 30, 2006, the DRC voted unanimously to suspend restoration efforts there.[2]
