Reference:2020-08-20 Patrick Dulebohn visits Watcher's Pub after barrier removal

Chogon officially removes the barriers from the new alcove in the Watcher's Pub, but the alcove's curtains remain closed. Shortly afterwards, Patrick Dulebohn visits to check that the barriers were removed, and discusses the restoration progress for the new areas, as well as the release event planned for the following day.
