It has come to our attention that some explorers have created some very convincing Bahro costumes. Speaking as someone who has spent considerable time among the Bahro, I would advise against wearing those costumes in the Cavern. The real Bahro are unlikely to take it as a compliment and may not react well to it.
BTW - since I've been asked... No, the Bahro that I've spent time with are not at all offended by the term "Bahro". You're free to call them something else if you wish (though I'd do it with respect), but don't do it on the basis of trying to not offend them.
