In short, the answer was "Its more than if you trade in spot"<br>They didn't provide any further specific info. Told them that I used the conversion quite often because I thought it was free as they sell it.<br>They offered me a 1-month VIP upgrade which I accepted.<br>The issue obviously results from a conflict of interest.
