Haran (haran[contested]) was an assistant to Kedri, a Guild Master in the Guild of Legislators near the time of the fall of D'ni. A Legislator himself, he was described as "young" by the Guild Master.
When Anna came to Master Kedri for help seeking precedent for outsiders being allowed to use Linking Books, Haran suggested that Kedri take advantage of a dozen new Guild cadets fresh from the academy, tasking them with digging through ancient Guild Council records on the archival Age of Gadar.
