I need help finding an article

There is a search box in the upper-right corner of every page with the word "Search" in it. Just type what you are looking for in there and then press Enter. See Help:Searching for more details.

Most pages are grouped together with similar articles via categories. You can find these links at the bottom of the page. For instance, this page is within the help category. Clicking on this link will take you to a list of all the other help pages.

I want to edit an article

Contributing is easy: see how to edit a page. You can use the editing cheatsheet to learn how to use basic wiki markup, as well as how to create and move pages. You can practice editing by experimenting on your user page.

Be bold in improving articles! We'd rather that you create an article with basic content (even without wiki formatting) than not having an article at all.

<

I want to report a problem with an article

If you spot a problem with an article, you can fix it directly, by clicking on the "Edit" link at the beginning of that page.

If you don't feel ready to fix the article yourself, please post a message on the article's talk page. This will bring the matter to the attention of others who work on that article. There is a "Talk" link at the top of every article page.

4

I want to create a new article or upload media

Perform a search first to make sire that an article doesn't already exist that covers your topic already. If it already exists, you can improve it instead of creating a new article. If one doesn't exist or is distinctly different, then feel free to create it.

Once you have created an article, check the style guide for guidance on how to format it.

For contributing images, see the image uploading instructions.

I'm Stuck

For your convenience, answers have been recorded for the most frequently asked questions.

If you have a question about editing or using the wiki, ask for help on your talk page and another user will respond to you there!

Where can I help?

You are welcome and encouraged to edit and improve any incomplete page in the Archive. If you have a suggestion for a change that might affect a large number of pages, discuss it first on that article's Discussion page, or on the community portal first.

Regular editors review and monitor the most recent edits from all users in order to maintain the quality of the Archive. These editors will see questions asked on talk pages and will assist with your queries.

What are these pictograms?

Those are Dnidings. They were created by Blade Lakem, and you can find instructions on how to use them here!
