Nemiya's Legacy
From Guild of Archivists
Nemiya's Legacy is a book about the prophetess Nemiya written by Teman in 1609 DE.
According to that book, King Ahlsendar had little time for her, and often found her advice "foolish" and "childish" when he did consult with her.[1] It is unclear from the documents available whether Teman agreed with Ahlsendar's assessment of his prophetess; by 1609 there was a growing sentiment amongst the D'ni people that Ahlsendar had betrayed his title as the "Great King" spoken of in prophecy. While Nemiya had vanished under potentially suspicious circumstances after publishing her own book about her time with Ahlsendar[2], it is possible based on the title that Teman's book offered a more charitable and comprehensive view of her.
