The Jaren District was commissioned by King Needrah during his reign, and is located on the upper east flank of Ae'gura. Aitrus's family home was located in this district, and it appears, based on available information, that the district was a rather well-to-do one. Based on story evidence in the Book of Ti'ana, as well as KI coordinates, it is likely that it was close to the J'taeri District.
