The Sutherland Point is a courtyard on Ae'gura between the Hall of Kings and the T-junction close to the bridge.
It is sometimes incorrectly referred to as the "Palace Courtyard"; the actual Palace Courtyard is the one inside the Palace.
This area was named after Marie Sutherland by explorers, since the first KI picture of her in Ae'gura was taken on this location.
It was planned to erect a memorial in the courtyard, remembering the Fall of D'ni. But the memorial location has been moved to an unknown island in the cavern. [1][2]
