Restoration Engineer

The Restoration Engineers, also known as ResEngs, are employees of the DRC. ResEngs respond to problems in Cavern and used to provide moderation on the DRC forums. The ResEngs have developed an affable relationship with the explorers.

ResEngs are employees of Cyan and act as in-game customer support and moderators. They also read and respond to bug tickets. In-game, they are the only avatars authorized to wear the lamp hard hat.
