Herelding was an Age written by Atrus. It has never been depicted in media, but it did appear in a journal entry that was published on Cyan's website in the late 1990s.
Little information is available about Herelding. The only published journal entry describes a swarm of "starflies"—likely similar to fireflies on Earth—which was attracted to Atrus' lamp. Atrus was fascinated by the swarm's complex interactions and ability to form complex shapes.
